Best Happy Hours in FiDi

Sure the Financial District is known for being a fast-paced financial hub full of Wolf Of Wall Street wannabes (you know the type), but it’s not just stuffy suits and briefcases. Amongst the endless amount of office buildings and 9/11 Memorials, there are really cool spots to unwind and grab a much-needed after-work drink. The BlueSwitch team has put together a list of the best happy hours in FiDi, by personal recommendation.

Fresh Salt

Located in the South Street Seaport area, Fresh Salt is the perfect location to have a drink and a bite right by the water. You really can’t beat $4 drinks and draft beers either.

“Try their Lavander Margarita, it was amazing for only $8!” – Imani, Marketing Client Success Manager

Clinton Hall

Clinton hall is usually known for its super-craft beers, 13 different types of burgers, and over-the-top desserts. But for happy hour, they offer a wide variety of cheap beers and delicious bar bites in a huge indoor/outdoor garden.

“They have awesome games, outside seating and good prices for happy hour.” – Colleen, Client Success Manager

The Malt House

This American Tavern craft beer bar is a good alternative to the dozens of dive bars nearby. Cheap prices, but higher quality drinks.

“Great food and drink specials for happy hour. Highly Recommend for anyone in the FiDi area.” – Sara, Graphic Designer

Broadstone Bar & Kitchen

Broadstone is huge. I mean, three-stories huge. This New York-style place offers a great atmosphere, killer bourbon, and $6 beer.

“Went to Broadstone a couple of times before. The food is really good an drinks are great.” – Frank, Developer

The Upstairs At 66

I’m a simple girl, I like an Instagram-worthy- fun-ambiance, loaded fries, and cheap drinks. That’s why The Upstairs At 66 is my personal favorite happy hour spot. It has a full-on game room with everything from ping pong to shuffleboard to even classic Nintendo!

Try their $9 frozen margarita!
